The Wellness Center
The Wellness Center at Tequesta opened its doors in 2005 to provide a quality, premium fitness experience to the community's active adults and seniors. As a smaller, private gym, we can combine cardiovascular fitness, strength training and certified onsite training in a pleasant, friendly environment.
All our members have access to expert advice available from our professionally qualified instructors. Advice that ensures you exercise safely and effectively at all times. Advice that makes a difference in your health and ability to live a an active lifestyle.
Come in for a no commitment visit at our facility, our instructors will be on hand for a friendly walk through and even write a personalized program to enable you to meet your fitness goals should you join.
