I love it because it's a wonderful aerobic workout with a lot of dance steps based in Latin and exotic rhythms. Zumba is a mix of salsa, meringue, rumba, cha-cha, mambo, belly dancing, kickboxing, tango, twist, rock and roll and others... it is fun, we have a lot of different music and move to keep the party going the whole hour.
